The counter
In Chinchilla since 2005, and still the shop that has it.
Jackson’s has been trading under this name in Chinchilla since 2005. Kylie and Brent run it, with a team behind the counter who know what a Surat Basin gas fitter needs on a Friday afternoon and what a cattle truck needs at 8am Monday.
Being a NAPA member means the catalogue behind the counter is a lot bigger than the shed. Plenty of what people ask for is on the shelf. What is not, we order, and it comes up on the next run.
Customers routinely turn up having been sent here by somebody else who could not help them. That is the point of a proper independent parts shop, and it is why people drive in from Brigalow, Boonarga, Cameby and further out.

Sidchrome and Genius on the wall
Impact sockets in metric and imperial, torque wrenches, breaker bars and 3/4 inch drive gear.
What we carry
Parts on one side, industrial supplies on the other.
The sign says both for a reason. Half the shop looks after what is in the driveway, the other half looks after what is in the shed, the yard and the paddock.
Truck and heavy vehicle
The district runs on trucks, and the cattle haulers and gas field fleets have been coming through our door for years. Filters, brakes, lights and the odd smashed mirror.
Hydraulic hose repairs
As a Hydraulink dealer we make hoses up on site. Bring in the old one or the machine, and we will match the fittings and get you back to work.
Hand and power tools
A proper tool wall, not a rack by the till. Sidchrome and Genius sockets, impact sockets in metric and imperial, torque wrenches, breaker bars and 3/4 inch drive gear.
Lubricants and chemicals
We stock Inox, so the lanolin sprays, greases, chain and brake cleaners and hand cleaner that every workshop and shed gets through are here.
Load restraint and site gear
Straps and restraint equipment as a Universal Restraint Systems stockist, plus the compressors, generators, compactors, gas bottles and trolleys you can see stacked out the front.

Hydraulink dealer
A burst hose does not have to cost you the day.
We are a Hydraulink dealer, which means hydraulic hoses get made up here at Inverai Road rather than ordered from somewhere else and waited on. Bring in the blown hose, or bring in the machine.
We match the fittings, crimp the new one and you get back to the header, the loader, the tipper or whatever it came off. On a harvest week or a shutdown, that is the difference between an hour lost and a day lost.
